How is it possible that there is no sugar in the wines of PURE The Winery?

The grapes used for Zero Sugar Wine are harvested early when they contain minimal sugars. Our winemaker Daniële then combines unique and traditional fermentation techniques to convert all sugars into alcohol in a completely natural way. This fermentation process ensures that all sugars in the grapes are fully converted into alcohol, leaving no residual sugars, unlike other quality wines.

Is there alcohol in PURE Zero Sugar Wines?

Yes, all PURE Zero Sugar wines contain 10.5% alcohol.

How much sugar is normally in a glass of wine?

According to the Dutch Nutrition Center, there is an average of 8.9 grams of sugar in a 150ml glass of wine. That is equivalent to more than two sugar cubes per glass.

Bijzonder verrast

Ik wilde tijdens mijn afvallen graag af en toe nog een wijntje doen. Maar de kcal en koolhydraten schieten het dak uit! Ik was erg benieuwd toen ik Pure Winery tegen kwam, sceptisch eigenlijk ook wel maar toch de stap genomen om een doos (6) te bestellen en wauw… ik ben zo aangenaam verrast!! Een droge, prima wijn. 🍷

We hebben een doos Pure witte wijn laten komen om uit te proberen voor een brunch. De wijn was een succes, lekker van smaak, fris en fruitig. Hij dronk lekker weg en paste goed bij de verschillende soorten vis. Echt een aanrader. Nu nog een keer de rode wijn proeven maar dat zal ook wel goed zitten.
